10m Solar Panel progression bug
Need More Information
I am currently doing the contract in Verdure to create the long range communication array that asks for the 10m Solar panels to be used. I only have the smaller 5m panels unlocked so am not able to complete this contract. I checked all other available contracts and none of them unlock the 10m panel for me. As far as I can tell, I am stuck in this stage of the progression forever now.

Are you playing on a new Save created after the release of Vertical Slice 2.3 or on an older Save?
Solar Panel 10 m along with the Wind Turbine are rewards for the Engineering - Manufacturing Facility Contract on Vallis Reach Station.

Im playing on a new save after the 2.3 Vertical Slice. I just went back to Vallis Reach Station and reset the missions through the Debug tool. I can see the mission now so should be able to get the 10m panels unlocked. Im not sure why it didnt unlock for me the first time but I may have messed it up somehow. Ill look into it and see if it happens again later down the progression. Could just be a case of me using the debug tool incorrectly to finish a mission when it doesnt identify the mission as complete.
