Sttutering in-game

Hello,
my game starts to stutter and its nearly unplayable when continue play with it for a while.
If I remove all random encounters, it seems that it fixes the lags but then my game will broke while I try to save it (expected).
Here I am including log and crash log when I tried to save the game after deleting all random encounter.
I will also provide my savefile so u can try and see if u have any stuttering,
I have the same bug
