Emissive Decorative 25cm cubes

Originally came to the forum to add a bug and to request a radial menu for sub blocks for better building but saw that already existed and under consideration but whilst I'm here.
Same as the 25cm decorative blocks but just colourable emissive kinda like how the neon tubes worked for SE1 but just the detailing cubes, especially for the new lighting in SE2 would look great for detailing ships more so for a future update.
