all interior/corner lights stop emitting light

i dont know what caused this but after the latest hotfix (2.3.0.2793) sometimes, when im mining underground on a verdure at daytime, my interior and corner lights on my ship stop emitting light, only way to fix it is to restart game entirely but i havent had it happen since, i couldnt get it to happen again, so it could be because i dont have enough memory so it stops working after a long time of playing

I'm having the exact same issue, but I've tracked down what causes it to stop.
When you go through a light transition that would normally cause lights to darken because of your camera's position (like being underground) the radial lights (interior/corner) stop emitting light.

I'm having that bag too
but it happened even if dont go to the underground
I think it happen when you enter cockpit a few times and change ambient light
Only fix it's reboot whole game not the save
Raytracing doesn't affected
