Lock/unlock function for mechanical blocks

VS 2.3 added a lot of functions for mechanical blocks, but at least one thing is missing. And that is switch lock.
Keen, pleas add lock/unlock function for pistons.hinges and rotors, like in SE 1, so we wont need to add langing gears to lock subgrids in place.
