Delivery quests such as the one on Palatine station show incorrect values: requires 150 motherboards, shows: 300.
Quest bugs:
- Vallis reach station sabotage: destroy hydrogen tanks and parked ships: quest does not complete after all requirements have been met, doesn't say which one isn't detected
- Vallation station bounties: some of the bounties don't show quest marker/ don't spawn bounty target.
- Kemik station stage: explored -> settled quest:
- Quest requires 7.5m cargo container and 12.5m hydrogen tank, which aren't unlocked at that stage.
- No other stations are shown in the sector, requiring manual discovery
