Disable the Renegade Base
Vallis Point Mission to Disable the renegade base seems to not be finishable. It wants me to "Destroy the parked fighters, the base defenses and the hydrogen storage area."
I have...
Used by grinder to remove the hydrogen tanks completely and just to be thorough I removed the light armor blocks they were sitting on.
Ground the fighters down to mostly damaged chunks of spread out armor and pushed them out of the base onto the ground below.
Dismantled the turret, the battery and anything that remotely looked like a control station.
I've ground down about half of the base to piles of components I can't carry.
For the spirit of the mission, I've destroyed all their beds, chairs, sinks and toilets.
If I could have written graffiti on their few undamaged surfaces I would have done so to carry the message "OBEY THE CA" since clearly these guys didn't have proper licenses for all this stuff.
At no point has the mission provided any feedback about progress, and the waypoint for the mission is 80m underground inside solid rock. I drilled there just in case it wanted me to go to that point before doing anything else, but no luck. Then I fell through the earth and had to drill my way back to the overworld.
I have the same bug
Just to be sure the mission (which isn't specific about how it wants me to 'disable' the base) didn't want me to disable it with weapons, I went back and gatling gun'd all the above targets until they were smoking piles.
I am assuming they expect me to grind every single armor block and detail cube to 'destroy it'. Cause...just no.

I also have this bug. First time I disabled the turret with my gatling gun and then started grinding down all the tanks, the turret with its battery and cargo container.
Then I went on with dismantling all the fighters, first I thought it might suffice with just some big chunks, but no. So i grinded them down piece by piece till there was nothing left, didn't complete the mission either.
(I might have missed a block if it went over the edge, but I couldn't find any)
I reloaded and used my gatling gun to disable the turret, take out the tanks and setting the fighters on fire, didn't work either.

I had this bug the first time I tried the contract. Ground everything down and it wouldn't complete. I abondoned the mission and restarted it. This time I ground down the turret but used gatling guns to destroy ships then blow up the hydrogen tanks that worked for me.
There seems to be some inherent issue with these bounty contracts because both the bounty contracts at Dustspire on Kemik will not complete either and I've tried every method I can think of. Hopefully they get it sorted soon as I'm concerned that this will halt progression to the next sector.
Another player had the same issue with this mission playing in German. he switched to english and it worked which is very strange.

i have the same bug just did the warhead trick linked and the contract only finished when every block in base was gone.

I have this bug too. I can't get it to complete. I've done it 4 times now and can't seem to get it to agree that I've completed it. I've even gone in with warheads and wiped it out and it still won't say "complete". No idea what it's waiting for.
I can't seem to progress in the campaign setup without finishing this. If someone figures out the trigger, let me know.

had this bug too 1st time i played it , tried the grinding down everything too that didn't work either , the time it did work was i shot the turret to disable it shot up the hydo tanks they no longer existed landed my mining gunship and used rocket launcher on the 3 ships they blew up but pieces were left it still didn't complete so i launched another rocket at the disabled gatling turret and what do you know mission complete .

Também estou com mesmo problema, destruí todos os tanques de hidrogênio a torreta e as naves e mesmo assim não completou a missão, agora estou preso nessa missão e não consigo dar continuidade no jogo

Abandoned, saved and accepted the contract again. Grinded things down in the following order:
Mission completed

I've attempted this mission many times. Twice it completed.
My usual approach was shoot a Hydrogen tanks until it blows up, There are remains but they quickly vanish,
Grind down the gatling turret. Just disabling it doesn't count.
Grind down the cockpits and the cargo containers of the fighters. The cargo containers are certainly required but are not sufficient. It also seems that you must destroy the fighters in sequence. That is, if you start grinding a fighter but don't finish it before you start on the next one, I think the game loses track and the contract never completes. If you dispose of each fighter in turn, they I think it succeeds.
I am about to make another attempt to test this theory.
In my previous attempt, I ground down the platform until it fell off the cliff. Entertaining but not useful.
