Ability to resize interface elements

Hello, Keen team, I play at 2K resolution and a 31.5-inch 16:9 monitor. I can't shake the feeling of the HID icons, tooltip windows, construction window, and other things being too large. I'd like to be able to adjust the interface size to a comfortable size. I saw a similar suggestion, but it only applied to the HID. I suggest adding more control over the interface and its visual presentation.
