Lens flare wireframe always showing

I always see the wireframe of the lens flares (on sun, welder, lights, etc...)
turning of lens flare in the debug menu removes it completely and turning on show wireframe makes it a bit more viseble (thats why i suspect it to be somthing with the wireframe)

32gb ddr5 ram
version: 2.3.0.2790 but have been getting this sinse VS2 as far as i can remember.

Also happens no matter the graphics setting for me, I've tried many different variations of settings.
