Mission - Engineering - Industrial Foothold - Cannot Complete after exiting the game

Hi Team,
I have found a bug in this mission, when you are partially progressing though the mission and made several builds, and then once you save and log out, and then come back into the game, your progress is set back to zero, and if you try to either rebuild or build in a different position, the game does not track the progress. basically the counters are not increasing.
