Freezing

I started new game. After some missions and about 8 hours playing after starting new game it starts freezing. But real fps is limited up to 60. But looks like 10-25 fps. Just freezing. It doesnt depend from graphic quality or resolution. I tried to change. Nothing. And! When i fly - i see sparks (that show me flight direction), and they are not freezing!
But very old save or start new game - ok, no freezing.
