World reappears after deletion

I have two worlds that keep reappearing after i have deleted them. The worlds are from a older version and the names are not correct. (the names are not the original). I have also tried to delete the save files including the .index file. I have also checked the integrity of the game using steam. I have attached one of the worlds that keep reappearing, the .index file and the logs.
I have the same bug Access denied
