Can't enter values using keyboard when adding blocks to timers

You can't manually enter values with a keyboard when using the add block to hotbar menu when trying to add blocks to timers.
For example:
When adding a hinge action to change the maximum angle you cannot "ctrl click" to enter a value like in the terminal menu. Double clicking also doesn't work.
The normal UI functions to manually enter a slider value do not work when adding a block to another blocks hotbar.
I think this also happens with other blocks but I have only ran into it on the timers so far.
