Wheel Physics Bug Hinge-Mounted Wheels Behave Poorly with Heavy Loads

The wheel performance is terrible when they are mounted through hinges. It's impossible to build a proper landing gear for transport vehicles. They constantly glitch out when the construction is heavy.
Larger wheels also suffer from this issue, but to a much lesser extent - however, those wheels are too big for a compact landing gear system for aircraft or starships.
Please fix this. This behavior wasn't present in the first game, and it certainly shouldn't be happening in the second. This is unacceptable.
