Crash on Game Start When Loading

Standard Survival Game crash on game start. The initial problem seems to be related to the Character SPERA set not installing correctly.
I have uninstalled and cleaned before reinstalling game. After install verify indicates install is good.
Doesnt matter which game mode I select same crash everytime.
Note SPERA folders were all empty. There were corresponding def files at the SPERA root folder. I moved the def files to the proper SPERA subfolder but that did not correct the problem.
I have the same bug
