Trees spawn inside stations AGAIN!

Old SE1 problem is here again!
Just installed this new VS2.3 and loaded my old save game.
There is a huge tree spawned in the middle of my base(see picture).
It was not there when I saved it last time!
I have the same bug 
Access denied
