2.3 has phantom forces on wheels

Steps to reproduce in savefile:
1. enter vehicle
2. turn on power
3. leave gyros OFF
Behavior, car will crawl backwards into the slope and flip on its back as you try to drive forwards.
expected behavior: no phantoms pulling my car on its backside.

I could not reproduce this issue on Game version 2.3.0.2780 - Rover in the attached Save stays stationary after turning the power ON and Gyros OFF. It may be that your download got corrupted at some point. Please verify your Game files through Steam and try again.
