BLOCK OBSTRUCTION
Won't Fix
Version 2.2 random block obstruction.Happened randomly in one area so far. the ones you see in the picture that are holograms have the obstruction.

If you were welding the blocks in several places without connecting them through physical blocks, they are most likely separate Grids now, thus the projections cannot be welded.
This should be fixed in Vertical Slice 2.3 where you can now only weld projections that are touching physical blocks of that Grid.
Please let me know if that's the case for you on Game version 2.3.0.2780.
