Bug: Mining on Caligo

I landed on Caligo and went to mine some titanium I found. Unfortunately, I noclipped my way into the backrooms of Caligo and could not mine the titanium, though I was inside the mineral. Map location is: x=1451447.209342888, y=-3513.8233562747705, z=-4011879.9853924694. I tried mining the titanium, but it's like the ground isn't even there.
