unable to ineract with block

something happens when interacting with a block that freezes your ability to do it again. ive had this problem with grinding blocks and the block becomes ungrindable/weldable and unable to open containers.
i cant trace the exact cause but i THINK its quick successive interactions with a block (from it floating away from you or moving while trying to interact with it)
I have the same bug Access denied
