iv told guys in the discord about this bug and they cant reproduce it but in my game i can not land any ship flat if its at a angle i have to force it to land flat with c and then lock it to the ground or turn the ship power off in grav to make it land or fully lvl out the ship to the ground to get it to land other wise it just jumps up on its front every time

This is caused by the new Target-Based Gyro system in Space Engineers 2. When Target-Based Gyro is enabled, the ship tries to maintain its orientation relative to the target/cursor. As a result, especially when touching down on an uneven surface, the gyros keep reacting toward the cursor instead of aligning the ship with the terrain. You can try opening the Control Seat/Cockpit settings and turning Target-Based Gyro OFF. This way, the ship will automatically align itself with the ground during landing.

Actually, thinking about it again, even with Target-Based Gyro enabled, it could be useful to have an "Align to Gravity" or "Align to Surface" function. An Align to Surface option would also be useful in space, for example when docking with stations, ships, or other structures. It would give players more control over orientation without having to disable Target-Based Gyro.

yea its why we thought it was a bug not many ppl know about the target base gyro system and how you can change it back to the old flight system some how tho most players already have it turned off mine was just on from downloading the game

yea thats what it was

there is a sound bug with drills were the drill sound stays on even if the drill is not running but if you run them for a sec after it starts doing it it turns the sound back off

there is also a prob with the story gps codes if you built something before the story gps marks it it stays marked forever even if your done with the event

are we ever going to get a fully working se1 or just keep adding new stuff to it with out fixing bugs that have been alive for years for the games ui and docking
