Disappearing Stations

I'm on my 4th playthrough because my tickets on my last playthrough weren't answered and I couldn't progress.
This time, stations I have visited for the quests seem to disappear after I've done the quest. This also happens when there's an abandoned station at an "unknown signal".
It has happened several times, and is easily repeatable. The video I've attached shows the most recent, and it's the third time I quit and reloaded from the save, so make sure it wasn't just a video glitch.
