User-defined efficiency of energy generation and mining yields

Right now, some things are almost ridiculously powerful, such as a solar panel that gets over 100 kW from 10 m² surface or backpack building that makes components with more total weight than the ore that went in.

That is similar to SE1 under default settings, where you can make a 20 kg steel plate from 7 kg of iron. But that is with an assembler efficiency of 3 which you can set to 1 in the game options. Then things make sense again, the steel plate now costs 21 iron to make.

I propose bringing the settings for cargo container capacity, assembler efficiency and an additional setting for renewable energy generation to SE2, and adding the option for the user to adjust them when starting a new world.
