Please advise, computer says it does not meet the minimum requirement when it clearly does.

Hello A Shaw,

According to the log you've provided, the Game detected your OS as Windows 8, thus the minimum requirement error. Please make sure that both the Game and Steam are not running in compatibility mode.

Both the game and steam are not running in compatibility mode. This PC has never had windows 8 installed. Please advise another fix.
