Thrusters are on when not accelarating in zero gravity.
Need More Information
I'm in the sledge in space with sero gravity. I've added buttons in the cockpit toolbar to turn off the backward thrusters.
Now I accelarate in a straight line.
Then I'm traveling at some speed, with dampeners off. Now I'm using zero fuel.
Now I turn off the backward thrusters, and turn dampeners on.
I'n not accelarating, but the forward thrusters are on and using fuel.
This should not be so. The thrusters should stay off when not accelerating.
I have the same bug
Hello Marc van Beek,
I could not reproduce this issue. When not active, Hydrogen Thrusters are not using any fuel. Could you please provide a video recording of your issue?
Kind Regards,

What you see here is : the backward thruster are turned off.
then I toggle the dampeners on and off.
When on the forward thruster turn on.
That should not be so.

Hello Marc van Beek,
I could still not reproduce this issue. With backwards thrusters off, toggling Dampeners ON or OFF does affect the forward thrusters when flying a ship. Are you using any mods in your playthrough?

Bartosz

I have no mods active.
What I just tried is making a blueprint from the sledge. Then started a new "Concordia Research Facility" game and pasted the sledge there. Same result.
Than I picked the small Ion thrustercraft there and turmed the backwards thrusters off. Notting wrong then. Only the sledge with hydrogen thrusters has that problem.

Hello Marc van Beek,
Roger, in that case, lets try the following:
C:\Users(your_username)\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers2
Please note that this will delete all save files and blueprints, so we strongly recommend creating a backup beforehand.
In Steam:
Right-click Space Engineers 2 → Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of game files
Additionally, please provide you Game logs from here:

Hello Bartosz,
I did what you asked for:
Deleted the files
Verified the game.
The I started the game, and vreated a new game "Concordia Research Facility"
There I adde thrusters to the "H2 Prototype" (The Sledge)
Take off.
Turned off the backward thrusters (btw I Added BWD to the thruster names)
Result is still the same. Forward thruster turns on when dampeners are on.
As requested the log files attached.
Regards,
Marc
