Can't transfer inventory
Not a Bug
I have a mother ship and added connectors on the hangar, which I ensured were connectoed to multiple storage units. I then went mining with my mining ship. When I was finished, I returned to the ship and docked on the connector. The inventory was not transferred automatically, so I tried to manually transfer the cargo. I was unable to transfer cargo directly between the mining ship and the mother ship. I had transfer ore to myself, then to the mother ship. I can't imagine that this is how it supposed to work.
