Allow placing projections/blueprints over the engineer in survival

I know that you can't do that in creative for obvious reason.
But in survival, placing projections/blueprints only creates holograms that shouldn't be obstructed by the player characters. Sometimes, I have to stay within a blueprint to get a clear view of where I am putting it.
