Handtool Welder not working

Sometimes when I am trying to weld by hand, I will have the order or items available in my inventory but when I weld it makes the noise like its progressing but no progress is being made. I can still drill and use the other tool. It happens very frequently and often when I am in the middle of trying to upgrade my platform or ship. Sometimes relaunching works but it starts again eventually.

Is your inventory full when this issue occurs? There is currently an issue with Hand Welder causing it to stop working if you are trying to weld a block in Raw mode while having your inventory filled with ores.
