Lights on/off from cockpit (L) gets out of sync with lights

Minor bug, here for tracking purposes.
Starting state, lights on on ship.
Go into control panel, power lights off.
Exit control panel, observe lights off, but display above your hotbar still shows "Turn Lights Off".
Hit L - Nothing happens, except display above hotbar now shows "Turn Lights On"
Hit L again, lights turn on.
Expected behavior: Changing the power state in the control panel should update the text above the hotbar also.
