There is a outline box with the lights and it happens when i'm welding too.

This looks like some debug overlay. Have you used Debug Menu in your save?

I am playing on the classics survival and i started a new game with welcome to verdure 1 and the overlay it's still there and i have not open the debug menu and no mods
