a few simple and broad ideas for contracts that might be repeatable but doesn't effect the colonization effort.

1. patrol - 3 or 4 POI's, could find an aggressive pilot or a defensive satellite or an SOS pilot whose ship needs repaired

2. bounty - hunt for a ship or npc hiding in a satellite

3. infiltrate - grab data from a base

4. defend - build up defenses for a base from an attacker within a time frame

5. SOS - find and repair a ship in trouble

6. spy hunter - find the enemy comm unit and track down the destination for the signal
