Survival: Same blocks rewarded multiple times

Hello,
I restarted a Survival yesterday and I am now doing Vallation missions.
The "Engineering - Industrial Foothold" is the third time in a row I am given "Production Blocks Tier 1" as a reward when I finish the mission.
I already have it, and the second time it was not reset it as "New".
I have the same bug
