Grinding takes far too long compared to welding.

Dismantling blocks, especially structures you've built yourself, takes an extremely long time compared to building them. This is particularly true with many small blocks, making it extremely time-consuming. The grinding speed must be increased by at least a factor of 10 to allow for a better flow of play.
