mouse randomly freezing up

Random freezes but only if I move my mouse.

Any other input works as intended, frames are good, everything runs smooth but when I move my mouse it starts to decently regularly freeze up for a bit.

Attempted fix were:

- changing every setting in game possible to narrow it down (inconclusive)

- changing mouse (inconclusive)

- closing every background application (inconclusive)

- changing every setting in my mouse, dpi, button mapping, polling rate, etc (inconclusive)

- going to every possible different zones in game (inconclusive)

- custom launch commands on steam for the game to force some stuff, which I forgot what I did honestly (inconclusive)

-redownloaded several times (inconclusive)

my conclusion seems to be that it is a conflict/bug of some sort within the engine and my hardware because its not a 100% occurrence between every player but 100% occurrence in my case, rendering the game maddening to play.

-two 16gb sticks of g.skill ddr5

- Nvidia geforce rtx4070 super

- intel core i7 13700kf

I have a razer basilisk v3 as my mouse and a strafe rgb mk2 from corsair as keyboard
