Rocket Turret Models
I was enjoying the rocket turret concept art from the SE2 Dev Diary: April 16th, 2026 on the Steam update page when I began to wonder how the rockets made their way into the launcher tubes from the conveyor attachment. The connection between the rocket pods and base seems much too thin and has extreme right angles that a rocket surely could not fit through and around, especially for the 'Small Rocket Turret Concept A' art.
Will there be reloading animations for the rocket turret each time they expend all the tubes? That would not only look really cool, it would also introduce a gap in the firing sequence of a rocket turret for more dynamic combat gameplay. As an example: you could have your ship do a "death roll" to always have turrets facing the enemy firing while those facing away reload, or perhaps wait for a gap in a firing sequence to slip a small ship or torpedo in through someone's defence. A model change would also alleviate the immersion problem I'm experiencing. I'm merely spitballing here, but I hope it helps!
