Bug Title: Block placement permission error on player-owned grids - "Unauthorized Action"

Error Message: "Unauthorized Action - You don't have permission to perform this block placement on the target grid"

Summary: Players are losing build permissions on grids they own and constructed themselves. The bug manifests in two confirmed scenarios:

  1. Blueprint spawns in survival - the game appears to confuse a blueprinted copy for the original, blocking any edits to the constructed grid. Hologram placement works, but once blocks are welded, permissions are lost.
  2. Scratch builds near contract locations - permissions appear to be stripped from a player's own freshly built grid, possibly due to contract target permissions bleeding into nearby player-owned grids.

In both cases, the player can interact with the hologram phase but loses all build rights once construction is complete.

Reproduction Steps (known so far):

  • Spawn a blueprint in survival and weld it up - attempt to add new blocks afterward
  • Build from scratch in the vicinity of an active contract target - weld blocks and attempt to add more

Expected Behavior: Player retains full build/edit rights on grids they own and constructed.

Actual Behavior: Build attempts return an "Unauthorized Action" permission error on the player's own grid.

Additional Notes:

  • Does not occur in creative mode
  • Appears to corrupt the save game (no known recovery path in survival)
  • Separate from the planned ownership/hacking mechanic - this is unintended permission loss, not a missing feature
