Carried weight has... no weight.

I was trying to start studying weight in order to know how to design and calibrate my future ship and for that i need tools.
First one is a simple balance. Maybe i should use a rotor but it's not the point.
I notice that my character don't affect the balance when i walk on it. May be i'm to light. So i went to carry some load... Not a change.
But if i drop my stuff it work! Fµcking wizards! ><

I noticed the same behavior when a ship carries another.
I have a transport carrying a mining ship, both ships being at ~ 450t, the transport only shows 450t. The thrusters, and gyros, knows it's 900t! :-)
