GPS Objective marker not removed

The GPS marker that leads from the second drill location back to the main base aera for the Excavation Site has bugged for me and won't disappear. Because of that, the GPS marker for where to go for the next mission (obj 1) doesn't appear, but the GPS marker for the delivery location does show.
