Mission objectives not showing

I'm currently doing one of the first contracts available on Vallation and there is no list of objectives on the mission.
During the previous stage of the mission (finish building cargo container, assembler and smelter) the objectives also didn't show up on mission but the objective markers were showing in game.
Upon inspection, the list that is missing is to repair 2 batteries, it should be 12 Heavy Duty Plates and 8 wires, but if you take anything below the needed amount (12 and 8 respectively) it wont complete, but the contract CAN be completed by repairing the batteries anyways.
I have the same bug Access denied
