Bug: Problem with internet access when editing save settings

Hello, dear developers!
After new update (2.2.0.2113) I have problems with changing world settings. The game says that I don't have the internet to access the mods. But I don't have any mods downloaded and I have the Internet. Before, maybe even before this update, everything was fine.
I also restarted both the computer and Steam, connected to another Wi-Fi, but nothing helped.
