Mission Industrial Foothold stuck at 86 of 88.

I am stuck at 86 of 88 items on the manufacturing module for the Industrial Foothold mission in VS2.2. I am playing with the balance mod.
I don't recall anything being destroyed before I saved and ripped the building apart to find the rogue holograms. I could not find anything.
I have the save game folder, but nothing is attaching. I would like to upload my save game for you.
I have the same bug Access denied
