make finding blocks easier

At <Tab/Builds/Blocks>; with mouse over a block, you can see the name of a block.
In toolbar you cannot find out the name of the block !
I want to move over picture at toolbar as well to see the name of block.
A good idea would be also to give blocks unique numbers, never will be changed, for writing check-lists and searchings would be faster.
