H2 O2 generator not working

I placed and connected a 3x3x2 generator (Or 1.5x1.5x1m) on a small ship, 20 tons. It is connected to the network of inventories, oxygen and hydrogen tanks. The ship is powered by two one block batteries. However, when furnished with ice (4032), it says "not enough ressources... Ressource: electricity" although both batteries are full, in auto mode, and two solar panels receive sun.
I have the same bug Access denied
