2.2 mission and components problem

One of the new missions added in the most recent update brings up a problem with the new component-building system and limitations of the backpack manufacturing. The mission starts with fixing a damaged red ship using components from a damaged blue ship, then the player is instructed to fly the ship to a red base, and repair the base. The first part of base repair goes fine - mine the ore, and repair the big assembler. The next step is to use the assembler to make parts to repair the radio. The assembler being what it is, the required parts have precursor components that must be made and inserted into the assembler, but backpack building doesn't allow us to make these components directly, even though we have the right ores. The base doesn't have a smelter, we lack permissions build one on the base, and since we had to fly the red ship here, it's not likely a player will have their own ship nearby.

My workaround was to place, half-build, and break down ore detectors repeatedly in order to get the components, (I think electronic components and gold thread) a process made even more maddening by having to go back to the assembler every single time, lest I use the components already in my inventory instead of making new ones.

My proposed solution is to allow us to order parts to be produced in our backpack so that we can hand-feed assemblers in situations such as this. Just the same list as we can directly weld with ore would be reasonable.
