Objective 3: Facility Repairs - can't complete when partially built conveyor is removed

Reproduction steps:
1. Arrive to Hydrogen Testing Facility for Objective 3: Facility Repairs
2. Start welding conveyor with ore remaining in backpack from previous objective.
3. Realize that there are conveyors outside the building which can be ground for materials.
4. Grind the partialy welded conveyor to get ore back....
Actual result:
1. Conveyor is removed but also the hologram is.
2. Player can't complete objective because there is no longer hologram to weld and player can't add new blocks to the grid.
Expected result:
Hologram should appear back or player should be able to place conveyor block.
I have the same bug Access denied
