The game disables my mouse!

So since the new update, at a random part of playing (or maybe it's not random but I didn't notice a pattern of any cause), the game will just DISABLE my mouse from my PC. And there is no way to enable it back, not even unplugging and plugging it back in. This never happened to me before and currently never happens throughout the day (and I use the PC for work and other games, so many hours each day), only in Space Engineers 2. Even if I use my keyboard to open Task Manager and kill the process of the game, the mouse continues to be dead until I restart my PC. The mouse is an Attack Shark X6 (and no, the mouse is not in either wireless mode, I always run it wired)
