Welders doesn't extract components to weld

Hello , i don't know if someone posted this kind of problem . When I'm using the welder block (3.5m and 4m) they doesn't extract the components from the cargo even it having direct access to cargo container (Welder block - direct connect to cargo) . If i place the welder block without conveyor line and cargo connection and i fill the welder with components it works.
I like this feedback
