SE2 Workshop not working

The bug I want to report is about blueprints, I have a ship that for some reason has never appear published on my list but it is listed in the workshop. Yesterday I updated it with some of the mechanical blocks, updated the picture, the description and replaced the grid.
However today I found it did not save the new version and hours of play just got wasted, I guess there is no way to confrim 100% that it wasn't user error, but the thing is that the blueprint still is missing from my list as publish, but does appear on the workshop if you look for it by name, the picture and description got updated on the workshop, but doesn't show the publish version in my list like the others
I have the same bug Access denied
