I keep getting an error on load:

Tool activation

"Tool is not available for use while in spectator mode"

I'm loading one of my saved game and this started. My ore detector 1m, 5m and hand drill does not detect the ore that is in front of my ship.

I own the blocks, have power, etc.

Has anyone seen this error before? It seems my saved game is now corrupt. I've tried F6, Ctrl-Space, etc... and several other things to get this sorted. I can die, I've reloaded the game.. no luck.

Any thoughts?
