Lose ability to interact with own Grid

Every now and then I lose the ability to interact with my own grid. I cannot place, weld, or deconstruct blocks. I cannot enter cockpits, and cannot interact with functional blocks (Eg, access containers).
This affects all grids that may be attached. If I go to a different / unattached grid, interactions work.
Saving and Loading the game seems to rectify it. After a while, the bug returns.

I have seen 2 other other tickets with similar issues. I will try and get a video of it.
In the mean time, It seems to be worse after I use the area welder, but can happen at any point.
In my instance, I have a main base grid with 2 smaller grids connected (via connector). When issue occurs:
First I cannot access a grids cockit, then lose access to connectors and anything allowing access to inventory
Vert soon after I lose the ability to interact with one, then the other connected grid - Sometimes seconds apart.
If I save, exit, reload - It works again.
I don't think it's time related.
A common theme? is that I have just welded something up (usually with area welder but not always).
